POPULISME KEBIJAKAN GUBERNUR JAWA BARAT DEDI MULYADI (STUDI ANALISIS SENTIMEN)

Populisme telah menjadi fenomena politik signifikan di Indonesia sejak reformasi 1998, dengan pemimpin daerah mengadopsi strategi populis untuk mempertahankan dukungan publik. Di era digital, platform YouTube mengubah komunikasi politik, memungkinkan pemimpin membangun hubungan langsung dengan rakyat. Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) menjadi kasus menarik karena gaya kepemimpinan spontan yang aktif memanfaatkan media digital, dijuluki "Gubernur Konten." Penelitian ini menganalisis populisme kebijakan KDM melalui analisis sentimen komentar publik pada video YouTube Tempodotco. Menggunakan pendekatan campuran, penelitian mengkaji 500 komentar dari 12.283 total komentar segmen "Bocor Alus Politik." Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Naive Bayes dan Social Network Analysis (SNA), sedangkan kualitatif menggunakan Critical Discourse Analysis. Hasil menunjukkan distribusi sentimen 44,4% positif, 36,0% negatif, dan 19,6% netral, mengindikasikan dukungan substansial namun skeptisisme signifikan terhadap strategi pencitraan digital. Analisis frekuensi menunjukkan "kdm" (64%), "rakyat" (36%), "jabar" (28%) sebagai istilah dominan, memperkuat konstruksi populis KDM. Tingginya frekuensi "pencitraan" (22%) mencerminkan kritik terhadap politik performatif. SNA mengungkap KDM sebagai node sentral terhubung "rakyat" dan "jabar," dengan diskursus terpolarisasi. Penelitian berkontribusi memahami dinamika populisme regional era digital Indonesia.
